Video Editor App by MK APPS PVT LTD

Welcome to the Video Editor App ("App"), created by MK APPS PVT LTD. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these, please refrain from using the App.

Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Permissions and Features

Photo Gallery Access

You grant the App permission to access your photo gallery for selecting videos and images to edit.
Camera Access:

The App requests access to your device�s camera to capture videos or photos for editing purposes.
Local Draft Storage:

The App allows you to save drafts of your projects locally on your device. These drafts are not stored on any server or cloud.
Feedback:

We collect your name and email address for support or feedback purposes.

User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Misuse or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.

User-Generated Content

You may create, edit, and save videos or other content using the App. You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

Intellectual Property.

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MK APPS PVT LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the content without prior written permission.

Event Tracking and Analytics

The App uses third-party services such as Firebase and Facebook Analytics to track usage patterns and events. By using the App, you agree to this tracking. These analytics help us improve the App�s functionality and user experience.

Crash Reporting

The App uses Crashlytics for crash reporting. In case of a crash, we collect data about the issue to diagnose and improve the App's stability.

Data Deletion

All data, including saved drafts and content created within the App, is stored locally on your device. When you delete the App, all locally stored data will be erased permanently products@mkapps.app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App�s functionality or availability.

Limitation of Liability

MK APPS PVT LTD will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
